Same thread on BOM lost it's sticky status, I've no idea why!

But here's walkthrough for people that might join from here.

Rest will copy/paste what torrino said in BOM thread.

1. Don't worry about the expiration date...it's not important
2. Enter junk for your Full Name, Email Address, etc. The nickname is what counts. So, if you want to be known as "bomfan", that's what'd you'd type in as your nickname. An alternative is pretty self explanatory. If your desired username is used, you need to supply something else. There's one more important thing...which is IDENT. Go down to Ident in your mIRC options. Where it says User ID, just type in something random.
3. Servers. Okay, so, IRC runs on servers, as opposed to having just one main connection, like AIM. In this case, it will be on irc.dynastynet.net. So, once your done with your options, click okay, and you'll get your main screen (the Status screen). Type in: /server irc.dynastynet.net ... Then, when your connected, type in #bomchat

Another way:

Just go to File-->Select Server-->Add
Then write something in Description, like Bom Chat, or somthing similar.
In Address irc.dynastynet.net, and Ok.
Then on small 'star' by Connect, there you can enter your nick or alternative.
And press 'Connect to server'.
If you don't get small window where you can enter channel, go to Commands-->Join Channel, and there type #bomchat, and you should be there.
