These are three of the most disgusting habits people have. As David said, none of them.

Don't smoke either cigarettes or weed. So it's alcohol which these days I only have infrequently. Love a quality scotch or cognac. Also beer in summer with food or BBQ. Almost always when socialising.

If I had to pick, it would be alcohol, but I could do without all three. Living in Washington, I now run into more weed smokers than cigarette smokers when I am in Seattle.

Although weed is a lot safer to use than the other two, I enjoy alcohol a lot more.

I don't smoke, and I haven't really smoked pot since college (and even then I did rarely).

Weed isn't safer than alcohol, unless you are drinking lots and lots of alcohol all the time.

This is ridiculous, man. Alcohol has many more adverse side effects, leads to much higher addiction rates, causes a lot more violence etc. etc.

People actually die due to alcohol use, aggressiveness, violent behavior, domestic abusive, sexual assaults, it's linked with cancer, it can damage your brain, liver and many other organs, it's far more addicting and one can actually die from an overdose. Not with weed.

Truth

Well weed can also lead to mental illness if it is resident though dormant in some people. Alcohol in moderation is safer, though not when abused.

Yeah, if you abuse it. But if you drink a glass of wine a day, it's good for you.

Weed can still give you lung cancer just like cigarettes. The reason it doesn't it because no one smokes marijuana in the same way they do tobacco.

Alcohol is definitely worse if you drink too much -- yeah, people die from alcoholism and they don't from marijuana. But normal small drinks now and then? Not a problem.

Of course, like I said, no one smokes marijuana in the same amount as they do with cigarettes, but it's wrong to think it's not bad for you.

Weed. It's safe and doesn't make me sick in the morning. But like anything, always use in moderation.

weed doesn't have to be smoked. it can be drunk, vaped, ingested. there are now strains that are low in thc that don't get you high and just include medical benefits.

getting very very stoned or getting very very drunk will make you stupid and make you feel like shit, at least temporarily. i tend to believe that getting drunk to the point you're stupid, constantly, will be worse for you and your surroundings in the long-term than getting stoned, constantly. but neither act is particularly glamorous. and both can be used responsibly from time to time.
