This is streaming on Hulu if anyone hasn't seen it. It deserves to be a much bigger deal. It can be extremely hard to stomach (seriously - I felt ill at one point) and isn't for the faint of heart, but it's a great film and one of the year's best. If they could have gotten a name actress in the lead and a bigger indie studio handled it (someone like Fox Searchlight - if Disney would even allow this movie , or A24) I think it could have been majorly in the conversation. It certainly should be. Don't miss it.
