How do you like your eggs?
I've had them any way possible, other than deviled, I was about to eat one at a party once but I was too hangover for something new.
For me, scrambled with cheese and ham is great, but I also always go back to over easy. How about you.

Too many options...can you provide pictures and descriptions for each?

Re: How do you like your eggs?
But if you need help. Basically Fried eggs are cooked in the pan, if you only cook the bottom that is sunny side up. If you flip it depending on how much you leave it on over easy means the yolk is more liquidly to over hard where it is of course hard. There is also an over medium.
Scrambled is you mix the eggs before you put it in the pan, if you just cook them and continuously move them around you get scrambled, if you put stuff in it and flip it over that is how you make an omelets. If you remove the yolk from the mix, you'll make just egg whites.
Poached is cooking the eggs but through boiling water below it. If you choose to put the egg even its shell in boiling water, depending how long you'll get soft boiled or hard boiled. Soft is hard on the outside but the yolk isn't completely hard. Hard Boiled is what's usually in salads.
Raw is like Rocky style and Baked is pretty self explanatory.

Re: How do you like your eggs?
I will only eat eggs in an omelet, but only if there is enough meat, veggies and cheese in there so I can't taste the eggs. I hate eggs.

Raw is like Rocky style and Baked is pretty self explanatory. Thanks. Of course I knew most of those, but I had to google Deviled and I still don't know Basted (cos' I am too lazy to google) and I am not sure what you mean by "Egg Whites"...drinking them raw? Put of the other options, it is between omelettes and sunny side up. Even though it sounds like boasting, I am very very good with omelettes. I've even had omelette nights at my place, where I had 8-10 friends over and prepared a different omelette for each of them. Though for breakfast, sunny side up is just as good. I also love soft-boiled eggs, but I don't always get the consistency just right.

Re: How do you like your eggs?
Egg white Omelets or even scrambled egg whites. It's the healthiest part of the egg, a lot of people on diets, or any kind of work out regimen love them. I guess they aren't popular where you are, which is surprising. It's pretty much in any health food or other. I hate it only because I love the yolk which is just discarded before cooking, but it doesn't really taste that different.
It's such a shame you guys don't have pork roll (Taylor Ham) either. Then again, anywhere south of Delaware doesn't have it either. It's the best side meat there is.

I love omelets, although my go-to egg style when ordering a mixed plate or something is sunny side up.

Most of the time sunny side, so I can drench my meat in the yellow goo.

Re: How do you like your eggs?
Eggs are just amazing, though, and I can eat them any way. Hard-boiled and taken to work is nice.

Re: How do you like your eggs?
I prefer omlets and fried eggs.
Has anyone tried 1000 year old eggs? A co-worker brought one in for us to try and it smelled horrible....needless to say I didn't try it.

If I eat breakfast out (especially at the airport) I like Eggs Benedict (with smoked salmon). Love the hollandaise sauce.

My uncle takes over easy eggs and puts them in between PANCAKES and eats them like that, syrup and all. Apparently it's a Baltimore thing, or something. I'm just horrified every time I see it.

Really depends. Sometimes I'm in the mood for runny eggs, sometimes I want them scrambled.

That's basically the McGriddle from McDonalds. I'm not a big fan of it, but if you ever get waffles and eggs, a little bit of syrup on scrambled eggs isn't bad.

Re: How do you like your eggs?
Well I mean you dunk toast with butter or jam in an over easy egg, and that's fine. I like a little ketchup with mine, but I know people that just douse the eggs with ketchup, too much ketchup just ruins things for me.
