Post Political Compass Test
I have finally found a poll that I feel shows my views best.

http://politicalcompass.org/

Your political compass

Economic Left/Right: 6.38
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -1.03

I think that this means I am a Libertarian but I am not sure, must do more research

But some of those questions were so off the mark I had trouble responding to them at all. I could see the bias in some of them.

This test was strange. I would have answered differently to some of the questions (a neutral answer)

No seriously, maybe I've been reading too much about conquistadors, but such terms as "For a civilized society" are like, right out of Black Robe. :P

Then there was one about how there should be leaders who command, and everyone else should be followers. i was like, well yeah i don't believe in anarchy. I just think those leaders should be elected, and that we're still allowed to be critical and even try to sway politicians.

Excuse me, I've taken off enough time, y'all are distracting me from keeping up on my stock options in oil companies. there are only two things I have utmost faith in; the Stock Market, and Texan Oil Tycoons.

dolce, The biggest LIE there is that Conservatives are good for the economy. The markets have done much better under democrats than republicans.

The difference is along with the big corporations even ordinary citizens do very well under democrats. Where as under the republicans the economy is very good only for the corporations.

Personally, I did extrodinarily under Clinton. I have lost my shirt, pants and underwear with Bush. No wonder I can't stand the stupid moron. I could care less about the top tax bracket being 39% as compared to 36%. I do care when I lose hundreds of thousands under his stewardship.

The biggest lie is that liberals would be satisfied with the top bracket being at 39%

Maybe you want it to be back at 90+% like in the good ol' days to realize that there's something wrong with that agenda.

The secret to making all that money IS being cheap

on a side note, that's the reason that I rarely shop at Wal-mart, unless it's necessary. The stuff they sell is BAD and it doesn't make any financial sense to buy it there.
