I've been nominated for a Nobel Prize!
No, it's not April Fools.
I sent the nomination letter in today, which according to our friends at Fox News, is all it requires to make the claim that you are a Nobel Prize nominee. I couldn't decide between Literature or Physics, but I think a nomination in Physics makes you seem more smarter and shit.
I have to say, I'm deeply humbled and surprised by this nomination. I never thought it could happen to me (until I discovered that a doctor with questionable credentials can be touted as an expert on the #1 "news" channel in America). What a country!
Any other nominees here? I nominate Mike Ventrella for Peace, but only because they don't have Bad Ass category.

Would I write a letter nominating myself for a Nobel Prize and claim to be a nominee based solely on that letter if I weren't a certified* genius?
*Genius certification based on self-estimate.

Maybe someone should nominate Martin Scorsese so he can lose again

Thank you! Now I can tell everyone I was considered as a finalist for consideration for the Nobel Peace Prize! Maybe next year....

Given those who have been awarded it, I doubt that's a good credential to have. Although a couple of million bucks sure can't hurt.

Indeed. Considering they awarded Arafat the Nobel Prize of Peace, but never gave it to Gandhi...

They ruled out the Pope too.

If Jimmy Carter can win a Nobel Prize I'm sure a lesser man like Megamoze can pull one down. What would you spend your money on, mega? I'm sure you would donate much of it to charity. International A.N.S.W.E.R. might be a good place to invest.

Not everything is about the money, KR. We don't all think like Republicans, you know.
