I fail to understand this city.

I mean I just don't get it ... we have open pot holes all over the place, lane lines completely faded away from the streets, open construction ditches lying around months past the due dates of completion, highways that are closed down each and every year because they never do a good job of fixing them up once and here they are shifting the entire responsibility onto the driver ... again. slow down, pedestrians are important. screw that.

what a horrible start to my day.

in case someone is wondering, 40 km/h equates to 24.854847689493358 miles/hr. thats less than what you see in residential areas around some of the cities i've visited in the states.

Hah. They should decrease it even more i think. 20mph seems reasonable.
