I was wondering whether anyone knows any software, etc. which allows one to organize images into various categories which you can then use to search for them in one category.

I mean, say, for example, you have a picture of the Eiffel Tower. You'd attach the following tags or categories to it:

Paris, Towers, France, Europe


So that, when I search for 'France' or 'Tower', the image would be listed among the results.
