Is he not a republican? Isn't he somebody who is against alleged frivolous lawsuits in general? How is that for Irony?

How about personal responsibilty? When you work in a lot of "Bombs" you are liable to get hurt

Bruce, pull yourself up by your bootstraps and try not to sue the studio. This will only raise everybody's insurance premiums

P.S.: Maybe the studio should file a countersuit against Bruce Willis for being a "Box Office Poison"

I see your point... but at the same time, is it not the production company's responsibility to ensure or assure the safety of the cast and crew? That was NOT a safe production, by all accounts.

And yes, a little bit of Bruce Willis goes a long way; but he has been quite effective in a few films. Brad Pitt totally took him to school in 12 Monkeys, but Bruce held his own in Pulp Fiction. He should be very good as Hartigan in Sin City.

Besides that, ever since I found out he was a Lutheran I feel obligated to defend him :wink:

If the didn't ensure safety when they denotated speical effects, then Willis is in the right. He is there to act, not to die. It one thing if an actor gets injured when they refuse to use a stunt double, its another thing if a mistake like this occurs...the squibs are not supposed to hurt the actors particpating int he scene...they are meant to simulate live bullets, not act alot like them :wink:
