Currently losing weight.

5'5" 149

Was up to 154 (around Novemer/December last year, was around 138 same time frame 2015.) when I decided it was time to turn it around and get back under 140. Minimal working out, mostly just calorie counting and taking the dog on two walks per day instead of one, its working out so far.

What's the most weight you've lost over one stretch?

I lost 9kg when visiting my wife's parents at the start of last year. I was something like 92kg before we left, then while there I weighted myself and I was 85kg. When we came back I was 83kg. I think there were many factors. I lost mass, not fat (no equipment to work out). And my wife's parents are in the north of China, where it is cold, and in cold weather I always lose weight faster than in hotter climes.

I am now 85kg, but I fluctuate between 85kg and 86kg depending on how much I've eaten and how much exercise I'm currently doing.
