lol tight stomach = no. Its the worst area of my body. Swimming has made notable improvements in that area already.
Im hoping for a bmi of around 19.7/20 (i miscalculated the original, )
Between 18.5-24.5 = healthy
I'd like to be nearer the lower bracket of healthy to be honest! I think BMI can be completely irrelevant depending on your body shape. Anyway im off to cycle before the heavens open and i drown.

i have a bmi score that usually only has Asian men in it. I don't know if that's a bad thing?
Soup, salad, chicken and water. with 2 tubs of youghurt a day. Youghurt is good at keeping fats out of your stomach so it can feel smooth and flat. My only problem is i binge drink, i have on the occasion woken in a taxi cab, stairwell, friend's car, swimming pool chair. it never ends, i should get help. im getting better. i should be more careful, i don't want to have a name. I think i do already, but nothing starting with D would be better.
btw, bmi doesn't take into account muscle weight. i go by inches.

I'm 5 foot 9 and 160 with some muscle and I'm no where near fat. You guys need to put some weight on.

I'm 6'4, I used to weigh 220 (16st) when i was shorter and before i started getting fit. It's taken a while to lose it but the weight stays off if you do it gradually and work hard on your fitness too. Like Fergie. Im nearly at a happy weight, but I know guys who are skinnier than me who seem to weigh similar amounts which confuses me. Im guessing they have more muscle mass.

Paul Smith London and Versace Blue Jeans. I'll buy whichever I like better.
I might order some Terre d' Hermes too.

In 50 years, I will be sleeping 18 hours a day and golfing the other 6. I don't think I'll be focused on my looks.

It's okay, you don't have to get the Hermes one.
TheSuaveOne, isn't it a little bit early to be predicting you'll be livin' on millions in twenty different bank accounts? Are you even in college, yet?

It is!
But you just said you're deciding between those two, haha.
Is there a Sephora near you? They should have all of those (maybe not Paul Smith, but every Sephora has Versace and some have Hermes), so you can sample those and others in person.

I've actually never had a problem there. Did the invoice say Paul Smith London?
But I'm just wondering (I've never ordered samples) - if they're not in original bottles, how do you know you got two Blue Jeans? Are they labelled?

Yea it said Paul Smith...they are labeled, and I thought that maybe they put the same label on both by mistake, but they both smell the same. I love the smell, but with all hype you gave Paul Smith, I was really wanting to try that. Might just order it anyway. I e-mailed them about it though...dunno if they would be able to send me a sample of that for free or something.
