 Re: A contrary popular-culture opinion
I prefer Wings to solo John Lennon.
No, I really do. While some of Wings' stuff sucked, so did some of John Lennon's, and overall, Paul had more good songs during that period than John did. (Then again, John also had about half as many albums during that period compared to Paul.)

 Re: A contrary popular-culture opinion
Moby Dick is poorly written
Beyoncé is just a hyped up Katy Perry or Rihanna level artist
The Walking Dead is deeper and far better directed than Game of Thrones
John Lennon's solo career is great and Paul McCartney's is a huge disappointment

 Re: A contrary popular-culture opinion
Her last few albums have had top level reviews and since she started playing up her blackness the liberal of police have started to treat her like a visionary, culminating in the outrage this weekend that Adele won best album over her

 Re: A contrary popular-culture opinion
Ok, but reviewers are not most people. I think most people see her as a waste of space. The media is a different story since it can manipulate people to think a certain way, though I am not sure they all truly do think that way. But yeah, ok, either way she is still a successful recording artist which must count for something.

 Re: A contrary popular-culture opinion
Both Katy Perry and Rihanna have better songs than Beyoncé. Beyoncé probably is a better singer though.

 Re: A contrary popular-culture opinion
Wait, people don't like Katy Perry?
This is news to me. She's not the best live singer, but a lot of her songs are catchy.
