Re: Pizza Hut trots out ridiculous new pizza
OH! DUH! I forgot! LOL It was alright, it really isn't anymore cheesy than a stuffed crust pizza. I imagine it would be better warm though. The cheese was all cold and blah.

Couldn't you just reheat it in the oven?

I strongly prefer American-style. I enjoy both but love a good thin crust pizza. Mmm. My theater's restaurant, Zaffiro's, has pizza with a cracker-thin crust. It's very good. You're basically advertising for this pizza by bringing it to our attention. Pizza Hut should give you a cut of the profits . Now I'll want it for my Birthday dinner if I don't go to Old Country Buffet .

Reheated in the microwave the next day is usually not at all bad, but it must be the US style thicker base. Doing it with an Italian style pizza and you end up with sheet charcoal.

$20 for that? That's a rip off for Pizza Hut, you can get there awesome mega box for $20. What more do you need, other than a reasonably close bathroom an hour later.

Re: Pizza Hut trots out ridiculous new pizza
For Pizza Hut, I like their original thin crust with pepperoni, sausage, black olives, and mushrooms.
For Dominos, I like the original 1980's Domino's pizza, the one they sold during their great national expansion with The Noid as their mascot, covered with diced sweet Roma Tomatoes, no sauce. Do they still make that one?
I Love Round Table Pizza, as long as the Mozzarella is still full cream.
And traditional Italian Pizza is made with Anchovies, which are rare/non-existent on American pizza.

Re: Pizza Hut trots out ridiculous new pizza
Shitty pizza? Hmmm...
Several years ago in another forum, there was a guy from Germany who talked about his homemade pizzas made with sardines. I can't picture this.
Now to me, a shitty pizza is "A Homestyle Pizza", made with A Bisquick crust and topped with Velveeta cheese and Spam.

This. Actually, the first time I have ever eaten pizza from the night before for breakfast was in the US...

Re: Pizza Hut trots out ridiculous new pizza
You could try reheating it quickly in slices, in one of those steamer baskets designed for organic vegetables.
Just preheat the steamer to boiling while keeping the water level well below the bottom of the steamer basket. Then slip in a slice for a couple of minutes, and???

Re: Pizza Hut trots out ridiculous new pizza
I always remember Arnie from End of Days when I reheat pizza the next morning. He didn't do that, of course, he blended it with loads of other shit, but I feel the same.
