I believe it is editors Torrino.
OMG, this thread has gone to hell but its hilarious.
w00t! Got quoted in a sig! Thanks neo, that rules. Now that I've completely guilted forum members into quoting me (sweet, I know I learned something form my mother) I'll pass the magic guilt wand over to Rogue. Do it, you'll have yourself in the sig by the end of the week if you wave the wand hard enough. Go go!
edit*** Bwahahaha! See it already worked.

I got the benefit of two editors for my recent analysis column, so I'd like to thank dolce, for letting me run it by her yesterday and making suggestions on where to trim the fat, and torrino, who edited it before it saw publication today!

Thanks for the idea. I needed something new down there, now that the election is long since over.

By "editing," do you mean "editing grammar and spelling?" Cuz if l were to edit that paragraph, l'm pretty sure l'd pretty much rewrite it.

::clears throat::
It was actually me. I don't know why Torrino didn't do it himself. He said "He [Eagle] sent the pm at 7 am. I got home at 4. I told him that I'd have you edit it..." is as much explanation I could get out of him.

I wanted to see how you did. If you hadn't immediately checked the PM, I would've edited it myself as Eagle really wanted the edits by 7.

hans, I think it depends on how we decide to do editting. We got so many excellent submissions that we need to make cuts but don't want to. If we decide that every writer gets their own editor, than almost everyone stays, you all did great, but if we decide to only pick two or three, we're faced with the tough decision of cutting 7 or 8 out of 10/11 people.
What I'll say in this thread is that this isn't a fun job. Editors get the thankless task of contributing to the whole but needing to respond. Like bABA said, you'll get a review or box office analysis and be busy that day and still need to do it. We also don't want someone who will do it for a month and then get bored/tired/too busy and stop. We'd like people to give it at least a little while to see how it works. I can tell you from this end little about building the site or modding the forums has redeeming qualities outside of seeing other people enjoy it, so you need to be willing to be like that. Invested in the growing of the site despite all the thankless stuff that goes on behind the scenes. Anyone still want to be editor???? If so, let torri know if you're willing or not and that will hopefully make his decision a little easier if some of you say no. Right now its tough because we got such a warm outpouring of support, and you all write english better than that sample paragragh, so.....

Dolce, in case I was under consideration, I have withdrawn my name from the list as I intend to continue writing reviews and other articles for the site.
If anyone would like to volunteer to be my personal editor I would be greatly obliged.

Thanks for the IM, torrino. And no, no SAT's for me tomorrow. I'm procrastinating. Procrastinating till like, June, baby.
As for the editing, I did overlook the you/one agreement (picky, picky!) and the 'its administration,' but I have a problem with one you corrected:
diabloadentro: both outlook and administration (though, the have refers to administration) are singular.
diabloadentro: so, has reason.
I disagree with that. Yes, both outlook and administration are singular, but when put in sequence like that, it becomes a plural subject. It'd be like: The yellow car and the blue car are big. Not "The yellow car and the blue car is big."
All right. That's enough over-analyzation for one night.
Good luck on the SAT! Hope you have fun writing about "Is it always necessary to tell the truth, or are there certain circumstances where it is acceptable to lie?" Or something.

I've officially edited 2 of Dolce's reviews They were quite easy to do She hardly had any mistakes.
Either that.. or my editing skills are not that great
