T.G.I. Friday's for lunch (which blows, btw. I always manage to forget that), a Wawa buffalo chicken sandwich for dinner, and like 3/4 a bag of caramel Hershey kisses throughout the day.

Caramel Hershey's kisses are proof of God's love for mankind. I could also dangerously eat a whole bag in one night.

YES. Thank you, jiffy.

I don't think enough people have tried it or appreciate it.

Best candies (not in order):
- caramel hershey kisses
- sour patch kids
- hershey's cookies and cream bar
- reese's pieces
- skittles
- starbursts

And, y'know, the stuff like Lindt and Cadbury are, of course, the shit.

Maltesers(sp) are great, but plain M&Ms FTW.

Food talk always makes me hungry.

But then I go on www.thisiswhyyourefat.com and promptly never want to eat again.

It's like conditioning.

Cadbury isn't really all that good. It's just the British version of Hershey. Though I do like this "burnt almond" flavor they have in Latin America (and probably have in the UK too).

I've never been a fan of Cookies and Cream. I only like the pink-flavored Starbursts.

My ex used to be obsessed with reese's pieces. Whenever we'd go to a dining hall, I'd have real food and she'd have a bowl of Reese's pieces that she snagged from the ice cream toppings bar.

Nut Rageous is also scrumdiddlyumptious.

The oreo cupcake with built-in milk cup is brilliant.

I think world hunger could be cured by showing starving people this photo. They just wouldn't need or want to eat anymore, and neither would anyone else in the world. Food would become pointless.

(NSFW - your boss might catch you looking at meat and cheese cubes)

Sad.

I submitted a pic of a "Pancakes and Bacon Cupcake," which I ordered from a small cupcake place.

Thank you all for your attempts at sabotage. As Rossington made clear in his post tonight, your efforts are very unnecessary.

Em, I was in the basement today, but I can't say I did much exercise. It really is more like moving around to music :funny:

I had a chicken slice sandwich and milk in the morning (that is, at 12:30), fries, fish and rice for dinner (as in 7pm), then like 7 pieces of chocolate candy as dessert, and then I had some fruits and vegetables a few hours later. An hour ago, I had two small pieces of cheese and some crackers. I am now about to eat a plum.

I have eaten the plum. It was delicious.

Yesterday (8/10):

-- 3 miles on the elliptical, 405 calories burned
-- 1 mile walk to work
-- Abs: I did crunches, side-crunches, and 90 degree leg raises on the captain's chair
-- Machines: pec machine, leg press, shoulder press, tricep extension
-- Pull-ups: 20x at resistance 30

(I was in a rush)

Food-wise:
-- Kashi frozen entree (for lunch)
-- 10 chocolate miniatures!
-- (regular) Dr. Pepper
-- Lamb burger with feta cheese
-- Strawberry Banana smoothie (from Starbucks)
-- Blue Gatorade
-- and, um... a Pizza Bagel late at night

(way to go Ross )

Post Re: KJers Workout Tracking Thread
Good weekend. My back was feeling slightly better and allowed me to really get out and work it. Returned to the addies in nice weather for the first time and did Mt. Marcy so that I actually got a 360 view from the summit. Saturday, the parking lot was full, so we had to go 3/4 of a mile down the road and walk to the trailhead. So that added a mile and a half plus we got lost and had to backtrack to the trail and that added half a mile too, so I'm guessing we did abot 16 miles. Felt great. Started the 14 of the trail only at 12 in the afternoon, so we kinda jogged, backpack and all, and managed to do it in 5 and a half hours. We were in a hurry to get back to Lake PLacid and sit at our favorite place and have a bottle of wine and enjoy the view for a few hours before the sun went down. So when we finished at 5.30 we stopped at the main site to refill water and then walked quickly back to where we had parked and changed and went into town. Very rewarding day followed by a fun evening and then we passed out by, like, 2 in the morning. A little stiff Sunday and today, but I went for a little swim in the lake yesterday to try and loosen up, and today I'm gonna do some stretching drills. Good fun, wish I had more time and that the summer was longer, because I would go hiking and swimming a few more times. Its great exercise!

I really wanted to go running really often, but i'm too lazy i guess.

But i'm never going to gyms, when I "workout" or do sports, I want to be around nature.

started new regime today

I think my problem last time is i jumped from eating shit to eating really well and working out a zillion times a day
i think i need to take it a bit slower this time, and see the results of a good diet before ramping up the workout
