That said, you can't get upset because you get passed over for a mod position, are asked for feedback, or aren't getting enough respect and praise. We do value all that you do for the site, and you were considered for the last mod opening, I'm sorry you don't see it that way.

If you need to scale back you responsibilities, if you don't want to help out anymore, that's fine and it's 100% your decision. But please don't transpose your anger onto others, it just isn't fair.
