We don't have minimum wage per hour, only minimum monthly wage, but if we say there are 22 work days, 8 work hours per day, then minimum pay per hour comes out to $2.35. So you have it good there.

Interesting but wouldn't it be better to compare the employment rate of those making minimum wage pre and post enactment? The vast majority of workers do not make minimum wage. In 2014 about 2.6% of all wage earners were minimum wage earners (nationwide). I do not know the number in Seattle.
I.e., the unemployment rate overall may have went down regardless of the minimum wage rate in the Seattle area but of those earning the least, it may--or may not--have went up.
