To get the phone numbers, I had to click on Cached when I searched for them on Google. As for the pictures, I would of used Google Image Search but the names of the files are so innocous, that it didn't really help. I eventually got lucky and found everything on http://www.parishilton.be/ (through a forum link). Careful, the pictures are hotlinked to the sale of the Hilton Sex Video - so you have to right click to save the source. I posted all but the nudes, on photobucket - in an attempt to not violate their terms of service.
