Quote: ...the good man responded: "Nay indeed, doubt have I none of aught that I heard; but rather assured faith in the verity of all. One thing, however, I heard, which caused me to commiserate you and the rest of you friars very heartily, in regard of the evil plight in which you must find yourselves in the other world."
"And what," said the inquisitor, "was the passage that so moved thee to commiserate us?"
"Sir," rejoined the good man, "it was that passage in the Gospel which says: You shall receive an hundredfold."
"You heard aright," said the inquisitor; "but why did the passage so affect you?"
"Sir," replied the good man, "I will tell you. Since I have been in attendance here, I have seen a crowd of poor folk receive a daily dole, now of one, now of two, huge tureens of swill, being the refuse from your table, and that of the brothers of this convent; whereof if you are to receive an hundredfold in the other world, you will have so much that it will go hard but you are all drowned therein."

I guess you can't pick one for me....I guess there are no neandrathal passages in the books you are reading.

And for what?...For you to throw it right back in my face about how I'm teaching you bad habits.
But don't act like that, you're oversensetive...
So what am I supposed to do about it? That's how I am, very sentimental.
I'll say. It sounds just like...
What are you stopping for?
Nothing.
Say it, I know what you were going to say, Valentin.
Don't be silly.
Say it, like a woman, that's what you were going to say.
Yes.
And what's so bad about being soft like a woman? Why is it men or whoever...can't be sensitive, too, if he's got a mind to?
I don't know, but sometimes that kind of behavior can get in a man's way.
When? When it comes to torturing?
No, when it comes to being finished with the torturers.
But if men acted like women there wouldn't be any more torturers.

Wow, I am impressed. That is actually quite funny. Very well done. \:D/

Yeah, well this university tends to get more kids drawing the architecture of the library than actually reading books in it anyways. (It most known for being an art school...and I have to say the research production here is pretty dissappointing for Masters level classes). So even in the regular year I never noticed it that busy. Now think...Satruday morning in the off-summer session when yesterday's weather was so beautiful that even I went out dancing until after four. There's been like one person in here all day. :-)
But I'm off in 15 minutes, and will continue this thread when I'm surrounded by my own books and can't find passages more easily, heh.

Ok so assuming this says something about my personality [and im a little confused most of the time here] im guessing that my love for travelling to cities across the world kind of comes into play here? "Towers" = Eiffel? Painting = fan of art? Darkroom = Photography!!!! I like descriptives and imagery; and i think you kind of nailed that here

My dear Lady. See now to the others, so that they may partake of their suits and trappings. When all hath been painted, you are humbley requested to bestow thy thoughts upon me of sound mind and pen.

Nokula is more than the sea, or the land, or the sky. He is cosmos, life, and conscience ever-lasting. He will soon be with us and all will come to pass as it is rendered.
