Kill the chueffer and take his clothes. Then you can approach the humvee without anyone getting suspicious and plant the car bomb.
As for the Clown, fill his baloon tank with natural gas, and while he's filling up a baloon, shoot it!

Easy do you have a shotgun or pistol. For the convicts, you need to lure them next to a tree, stand right in the middle of the tree where they have a hard time running you over. You then aim your pistol at the convict whos at the turret machine gun. From there you should be able to handle the other two drivers. Killing the convicts is pointless though because they respawn back so you are better off killing the Clown and using the restroom in the same zone to do your escort missions
Now for the clown, hes quite easy, do you have either a shotgun, katana or chainsaw. If so when he tries to make balloons you can pop them which stuns them for awhile and just slash at him once or twice before backing up, everytime he blocks your attacks he destroys your weapon. Another way is to wait for him to stop swinging before lunging after him

Ratchet and Clank: Up Your Arsenal
9.5/10
Once again, Insomniac puts another fantastic platformer on the shelves. While not much has changed from the second installment of the Ratchet series (only felt like 2 new weapons), it's still one hell of a fun game. Lots of different styles of play, as usual. There's the standard old platformer type, breaking boxes, blasting enemies, etc... Then there's the 2-D sidescroller side-game with 5 parts that you play on Ratchet's Game Pyramid, which is fun. There's flight missions, which are fun. There's mini-games when opening certain doors, which are OK, I guess. And finally you get to play as Clank, which are decent levels, but would get stale if there were more of them. The most fun to be had, though, is with the standard running and gunning. Using the cool weapons to obliterate the enemy and fighting off wave after wave of baddies at the military-esque levels. The boss battles are also fun, challenging, and on a grand scale.
The graphics in the game are decent. Not the best, but not flawed, either. But who cares about graphics when you're having this much fun. The story is nothing special either, but has some actual laugh out loud moments, which seem to be a rarity now-a-days ever since the likes of Monkey Island and Space Quest stopped having new games.
Tons of things to collect, as well, which is what fans of platformers want. Too many things to collect, actually, for me. It took me about 18 hours to finish the game, but anybody who wanted to collect and level everything, it would take at least double that.
Ok, so overall: Great level design, fun weapons, RPG elements, tons of collectables, funny story, and fantabulous boss battles.
The end.
9.5/10

Tomb Raider: Legend (Xbox 360) - After trying to play the crapfest Tomb Raider: Angel of Darkness (PS2), I was certain the already dying franchise had seen the last nail in the coffin. Thankfully TR:L restores some of the luster to the series, and may have singlehandedly revived it.
On the good side, the game looked pretty good - especially considering it's essentially a shinier port from the last generation consoles. The controls were solid. The mission variety was good. The replayability is very high (there are additional modes, there are plenty of hidden items on every level, and tons of extras to unlock). At times the game played a lot like Prince of Persia... which is a good thing. The hand to hand combat was surprisingly good, the voice acting solid, and the story was ok.
On the poor side, some of the puzzle/lever quests felt a little dated, and overall the game offers nothing new that we haven't seen before. There were times I had to fight the camera. There should have been more gunplay, and that aspect was a little lacking... it was an auto aim system that never seemed to pick the right target, and very limited number of weapons.
None of the bad stuff was game killers, and they were only minor problems. The good far outweighed the bad. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by Tomb Raider, and highly satisfied by the experience. I give it a B/B+.

Squee... wasn't R&C:UYA released 2 years ago? What kind of R&C fan plays a game 2 years after release?
Pfft... and you call yourself a fan!
When Team Ninja releases a game, I'm there the minute it goes on sale with no pants on and covered in baby oil. That way nobody gets in my way, and I usually get the first copy. That's true fandom.

I loved the Saint's Row demo. So whos getting the retail game tommorrow? I may also pick up Enchanted Arms too depending on reviews. They seem to simaltaneously release two games at once like with Prey/Chromehound and Deadrising/Heavenly Sword. Just Cause is looking great too and should come out 3 weeks after

Madden 07 Xbox 360: Still sucks but at least it's better than the awful '06 version. Superstar mode is a really cool addition that I hope EA fleshes out more in furture releases. NCAA07 is the best football game on the market. C
Someone wake me when the 2K series comes back and I have an actual GOOD footbal game to play.

Sly Cooper and the Thevius Racoonus: 8.0
For some odd reason, it took me a long time to start this series. Maybe because they were my brother's games.
Anyway, very good game with a few problems. The graphics are good, not the best of course, but I like the look of it. More-so than Ratchet and Clank. I also really like the style of the game, the cut-scenes, the way they introduce the levels and bosses, etc... The gameplay is where the problems come in. The regular platforming stuff is great, when you're running (or sneaking) around the place. Where the game goes wrong are the several levels in which they change up the gameplay. There are shooting levels, where you cover one of your partners as they make a run for it. There are other types of shooting levels and there are a couple levels of racing. The problem is... these levels aren't really done that well, and they aren't that fun. (the racing levels are quite annoying.) and unfortunately, this is what the last boss gets broken down to, the same mediocre shooting.
However, the majority of the game is really fun. Each boss fight is different than the last, and with the exception of the last boss, they are all pretty fun. Also, unlike Jak, the voice acting does not annoy the fuck out of me. I was originally playing Jak 3, but it was annoying me so much I decided to go to the Sly series first.
Again: 8.0/10
I hope they improve on the next 2.

C+
After you get used to the upside down rooms/switch's, and portals it's just a pretty average run of the mill FPS. None of the weapons are really fun to shoot, and the story while started off great just got silly and unnessary. I did love the puzzle solving to get into the next rooms/levels parts though. And some of the bigger enemies are cool but I never really got the feeling that I was really threaten by them, all you had to do was die, shoot a couple of arrows at the wraith's, shoot some more in the real world, die, rinse and repeat.
Overall it's at best a rental or a pick up at $20 or less in the bargin bin. I didn't even try the online mode which is weird because that's one of the first thing's I do with a multiplayer 360 game. I just never felt the need to go online with it.

I enjoyed Kameo much more than I ever thought I would... definitely not perfect, but also not as bad as some make it out to be and proves that RARE has plenty of life left in them.
I've pretty much got nothing new to play right now, and am just going through some old ones I missed. I got Amped 3 the other day, but haven't tried it yet. I may try to do a little more of the side quests in Oblivion, or go through Dead Rising one more time. There just isn't a lot going on in game land right now. All the game makers appear to be saving the good stuff up for November. I wish they'd spread things out better, as opposed to dumping 10 great games on us in the same month.

Check out Just Cause on 360, you like shallow shit that tries to be like GTA right? Kinda like Saints Row, seriously though, it is fun.

I played the demo and didn't really like it. I thought the pop-in was terrible and the controls didn't feel quite right. Perhaps I'll give the demo another try and see if I missed something.

I checked out Just Cause on my 360 few weeks ago. The guy runs like Zoolander(in other words a dork), the terrain while too big is just a vast wasteland of forest with no real compliance with the game at all meaning you dont really see any happenings going on with each square foot of the game which the GTA games do much better.

Back to playing Oblivion, mostly just for the achievement points. I just finished the Dark Brotherhood quests. That was easily the funnest thing in the game. Sneaking around and playing an assasin was groovy fun, and the missions were inventive. It still amazes me to this day that I ended up liking this game... it is so not the normal style of game I play.

NHL '07 - PC
It's pretty much the same game as '06 was, just with updated rosters. However, I like the inclusion of the free-for-all game and the shootout game. Those are somewhat fun. My only problem with the game besides being too similar to '06 is that it's way too easy to score goals. Getting 15 goals a game is just pathetic and gets old after awhile- and this is on the most difficult playing level.
Today I bought NBA2K7 for XBOX 360. I can't wait to play that later tonight. If it's anything like last year's game I'll be pretty happy. I also hope to rent Dead Rising sometime soon. I saw it at Best Buy today, and just by the cover I almost bought it. Too much though.

Amped 3 (Xbox 360) - Amped 3 is a whole lot wierder than I thought it would be. There is a bizarre story involved, and it tries really hard to be ultra funny (via tons of cut-scenes), but the humor is very hit and miss. The game mechanics feel like your standard snowboarding game, and if it weren't for the story this game would likely be pretty snooze inducing, but the story helps keep things halfway interesting. It reminds me of one of the first Xbox 1 games I ever played - Dark Summit. Anyhow, it's shaping up to be a C+ at this point.
