Just saw Closer today and what a fabulous movie....the performances were awesome and i really hope that it features strongly in these awards (after Phantom of course)... :razz:
I know many people have highlighted the performances of Closer already, so i'm just going to focus on the Soundtrack, which i think is fantastic

I agree Coffee and Cigarettes was one of the most overlooked movies of the year. Also, please consider it for Best ensemble cast, everyone in it was great. The vignette were Blanchett acts opposite herself is spectacular, as are the vignettes in Memphis, the old men, and Molina and Coogan meeting to talk about their family tree. Bwahahaha.

Natalie is supporting in Closer. And definitely consider Sophie Okonedo. She gave a very underrated performance in Hotel Rwanda. Your adpated and original screenplays categorization look pretty good.

Sophie Okonedo is considered a supporting actress. Same with Portman. There's a thread that has a list of where some people are placed. (The one's that are hard.)
