While I consider this lawsuit stupid, I hate this freaking show. It is humiliating and stupid. You can say that people are free to choose to do what they want, but taking advantage of people's prurient interests is very bad in my mind.

Dammit, you got some of all that vomit on my shoe. Now its ruined. I've had these shoes for 6 years, they're irriplaceable nostalgic factors to deal with. I'm suing you for 1 million. :x
So, um, I've never seen fear factor, but it sounds wretched.

It's the third most popular show among children, by which I mean those younger than the tweens. Thing is, I don't really think it's meant for kids at all. i enjoy fear factor and also think its a great show .. cept for the one event they have in every episode .. the eating part .. thats not fear, its just gross.

 What a moron. Watching contestants eating rats caused him to sue? How about pig rectums? Bull testicles? :? Fear Factor may not be the best show, it may be one of the worst shows, but it's entertainment. Hey, if people want to do the adventurous shit, along with the gross-out stuff, for $50,000, I say all the more power to them, as long as I can watch them. But, it's a TV show, meaning you can change the channel if you don't like what you see (memo to FCC). My girlfriend threw up after seeing something on Fear Factor. Does this mean she can sue, too? :? This guy must have had to go to Plan M or N, because this cannot be the best he could come up with to sue someone for a big load of money.
