Re: How do you walk? I spent most of my life walking faster than normal and pounding my feet into the pavement therefore being pretty punishing on my legs. I am trying to change it so they don't get as tired. It is difficult since I am usually impatient to get to wherever I want to go as fast as possible

Re: How do you walk? I think I walk at a fairly normal pace, though by tall people standards it's probably sort of slow. I blame my relatively short legs.
I save my stomping for when I go down the stairs.

when walking slow I roll each step to avoid dragging and scuffing.

Re: How do you walk? I walk pretty fast, sometimes without noticing to the annoyance of people walking with me. Probably because I rarely actually just go for a walk, but much rather use walking to get from A to B and want to do so fast.
