There's another site like this called gimmeabuck.com
The only difference is the guy doesn't threaten to kill anything. Then Again, this guy's only made $3500, so I guess the death threat method works better.

No, it has to be clever and appeal to a large demographic.
Post a picture of an extremely flat chested person, pretend it's you, and ask for donations to fund a boob job. That will appeal to sex freaks.
Or post a picture of a baby about to be punted. Pretend it's yours, and ask for donations to fund less dangerous activities for you and your child. That will appeal to peole who like dark humour.
