Machines...big expensive machines. There have been 500 caramel related accidents in the past year alone.

It comes from the Caramilk Cows in Utah. They're a quiet bunch, and few know about them. They produce the chocolate everyday at 6:08pm. If you still want to know how the caramel gets inside there, well consider the yolk of an egg inside the shell.
