But actually, I've been training on a cycling trainer at home (8-10 hours weekly for the next 6-8 weeks) to rack up my base mileage and increase/prepare my aerobic fitness for racing this summer :wink: Since it is a light type of training (only 55-70% of your maximum heart rate, so you really don't stress your aerobic system), I'm actually watching DVDs while training...
It looks similar to this and I can put my bike on it (you know once you butt gets used to your own saddle, it is hard to change, kind of... :wink: ):
