The Bills would've gotten their ass kicked by the Chiefs anyway as they are not same defensive team without Von Miller this year. They may have missed their window with the 13 second game. Moreso the "Mahomes vs Allen" era is not materializing and instead is turning into the Mahomes vs Burrow era. Allen overperformed in his best season 2020 otherwise may end up becoming more of the leader of the second tier.

Allen is in the same vein as Michael Vick and Cam Newton and Lamar Jackson. He’s a dual threat quarterback who captures everyone’s imagination on what he could be instead of what he is.
