Well, no one HAS to perform tonight in a match. But, if they want to, they can. I doubt we'll hear about any of the current storylines this week. I hope this is a purely Eddie Guerrero week.

 Even more nice!!
I hear the spoilers are up for the RAW/Smackdown supershow, but I'm not reading them. This is a special week, and I'd like to experience both shows without reading what happens. And, I heard they did some sort of tribute at the start of Genesis for Eddie. Dunno if it was a mention, or a short clip, or what. Either way, that's good on TNA's part.

He sure was one of the best and I hope Vince has a fitting tribute to him to on RAW even though I really don't tune into that show anymore cause the script writing blows.. But I'll tell ya and not to point fingers at McMahon in a moment opf grieving: Vince does work the hell out of his wrestlers and the hectic, rigid schedule he outs these folks on.. Considering they work like 250 days out of the year with very little to no time to rest at all, I wouldn't be surprised if this were an example of him having heart failure or relapsing into drugs and mixing alcohol as a result.. His drug and alcohol abuse is really no secret and this has to be hard for these guys when their away from the loved ones and friends alot of times and depression sets in as a result.. I suppose will know soon enough, but this is shocking and sad.. Maybe Vince should retool how he schedules these guys and all the distance they have to fly from city to city.. For example, instead of having 1 wrestler in Chicago for RAW then fly him to like L.A or Norfolk VA, he could fly them to the closest city possible for a show without extreme jetlag and whatnot??

That was hard to watch. The beginning and Benoit's comments were the hardest for me.

Yeah, this RAW was very touching with alot of tears flowing, but it didn't seem like there were as much tears as the Tribute RAW when Owen Hart passed on.. That night saw HHH actually sobbing uncontrollably and while I'm on the subject of HHH: He needs to lose that Yosemite Sam Mustache of his.. It looks goofy as hell and I can't believe his wife Stephanie McMahon allows him to keep that ridiculous thing..

If anyone had dry eyes watching that show, especially the beginning of RAW, then you're made of stronger stuff than me. That was really hard to watch, but it was a really great tribute show. Can't wait to see Part 2 on Friday Night Smackdown.

I almost started to cry when I saw close ups on Lilian Garcia and all the fans with tears in there eyes. If I was at the arena I would be tears. I still can't believe it. Just a few days ago I was watching his match with Kurt Angle at WM 20 and how gold the ending was.
The whole match was gold.

The coroner's report according to a couple of wrestling websites had Guererro passing away from heart failure from being overworked and his past years of Alcohol and drug abuse which enlargened his heart and his heart couldn't take the stress anymore.. Also of interest is an interview with the guy who played "Test" in the WWE who's now retired I think, asking which wrestler is the next to pass away from Vince's hard as hell work schedule he puts these guys on no matter if their injured or not..

I finally watched Byte This with Bret Hart. A good watch. Nothing particularily outstanding by any means. Nothing is really new in the interview (we know he won't wrestle, we know he might do a farewell speech, etc etc.).
Todd Grisham isn't the greatest interviewer. I like seeing someone who's relaxed, and he looked tense as hell. Bret sounded better than when I saw a bit of the interviews from the DVD.

The show was taped but I don't want to look at the results. Let's see, it seems the matches announced are Shelton vs. Angle, Flair vs. Murdoch (WTF!), Candice Michelle vs. Mickie James.

Damn it. Another taped RAW. I love it when it's live.
Oh... and it seems Joey Styles is now on the show full-time.

It's in the UK so it has to be taped.
THANK GOD!!! Coach and Lawler would've been hard to listen to.
