Quote:
Willard is a 2003 horror film loosely based on the novel Ratman's Notebooks by Stephen Gilbert and a remake of the 1971 film of the same name. It was not billed as a remake by the producers, but as a re-working of the themes from the original, with a stronger focus on suspense.

Odd film. It wasn't bad, but I don't see what all the love for it is about. C

one of the most underrated movies of 2003. while not particularly scary or violent, it just has a genuinely creepy feel to it and crispin glover gives a fantastic performance. it deserved much more than what it made at the box-office. A-

Crispin Glover was amazing. The rats and effects were also very good and the movie had a great story.

B+
