Anna Kendrick is great in here but the cliched and incoherent story besides her does not help this. The love story is completely unbelievable though I think the sentiment of female Santa Claus was handled well. The movie also wastes its talented supporting cast including Bill Hader and Shirley MacLaine. The opening and settings of North Pole are good and again Anna Kendrick helps elevate the movie with her charm.

I watched it over a year ago but remember it being kind of cute. Nothing special but enjoyable.
