It might not be the best, but this is still one of my favorite British gangster films ever. It's an entirely different beast than the other films I enjoy in this genre and I love it because of that. This flick is raw, gritty and in your face brutal, especially when it comes to the violence and honestly those scenes are what made it the most memorable for me all these years ever since I first saw it as a teen back in 07/08. Craig Fairbrass is so great in this as one of the most despicable and scariest mofos ever and it was wise of them to have his character be the main focus of the sequels/prequels since he is easily the best thing about those films who are just average at best and just pale in comparison to this film and always will IMO.
