Well isn’t this just a forgotten gem! Firstly, Travolta and Jamie Lee Curtis are both adorable. He’s still in his Hollywood leading-man hunk stage. The blue-eyed ladies’ man. And she’s stunning. You’ll realise the film is aptly titled when seeing her beauty flaunted in long stretches of sexual aerobics, which by the way I absolutely enjoyed. To use an overused sentiment; it’s just so 80s. But it is, in every aspect. Not just the bodies, but the hair, the casualness of relationships, the effortless film-making, etc. And it is no less as journalistically interesting than, say, The Post or Spotlight, either. Just with added sex appeal. Which I dug.
