 Kindergarten Cop 2 Kindergarten Cop 2 Quote: Kindergarten Cop 2 is an upcoming American comedy film starring Dolph Lundgren and directed by Don Michael Paul. It is the sequel to the 1990 comedy film Kindergarten Cop starring Arnold Schwarzenegger. Principal photography started in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada on July 27, 2015. The film will be released direct-to-video on May 17, 2016 in the United States.

Re: Kindergarten Cop 2 I like the "All New Movie" banner on the poster. In case you thought this was a different cheap sequel to a decades-old comedy that didn't need a continuation, starring an action star you barely remember from the 80s and a stand-up comedian you barely remember from the 90s.

Kindergarten Cop 2
It's not a great film, but it's innocent enough. It passed the time, and the masculinity of Dolph in a comedic role works better than him in serious actioners, so that was at least something worthwhile. Story wise it is essentially just a remake of the first one, though, and it's not anywhere near as good, obviously. Darla Taylor is absolutely gorgeous in the film. A real highlight. The film has a nice late 80s/early 90s vibe, especially the opening and closing credits, but also the overall structure and joviality.

Re: Kindergarten Cop 2 And what's up with Dolph Lundgren's legs? The camera never shows them walking, and he appears to have a problem walking. Is he gradually becoming crippled or something? He seems to walk with a limp.

Re: Kindergarten Cop 2 Its passable but the obvious cheap budget aside Lundgren carries this well when the film allows him to do his thing. The stuff with kids is good but not timed very well and I felt the ending with kids in the park deflates a lot of tension.
