So Van Damme is put in place to track down someone that is holding a train hostage with three vials of deadly smallpox serum. But it's crap. The action is the worst I've ever seen in a Van Damme movie, and JC casts his fucking son yet again. His son cannot act, just like his father, but at least his father can do action and the splits.
