It's a pedestrian comedy based on Mediterranean setting. It never actually digs deeper into the connections (or the lack of) the main character has with women. It's more like a series of pretty much standard life situations in this part of the world, which movie doesn't make fun of, satirizes, criticizes or do anything with them.
