 Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels Quote: Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels is a 1998 British crime film directed and written by Guy Ritchie. The story is a heist film involving a self-confident young card sharp who loses £500,000 to a powerful crime lord in a rigged game of three card brag. In order to pay off his debts, he and his friends decide to rob a small-time gang who happen to be operating out of the flat next door. The film garnered Guy Ritchie international acclaim and introduced actors Vinnie Jones, a former Welsh international footballer; and Jason Statham to worldwide audiences.
A television series, Lock, Stock..., followed in 2000.

Good brit movie. Jason Statham is cool. Nick Moran is cool. Vinnie Jones, hmmm, isnt!

I love it. For me its nearly perfect entertainment with a lot of dark humor 
Way better than Snatch or Oceans Eleven etc.,.....

Re: Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels Really entertaining movie with good humor, great setup and an equally great ending. I didn't really love the overly narrative style the movie had to use to explain some of the overly complicated stuffs but its a fun ride.
