Just another Saw/Wolf Creek rip-off to hit the DVD after the success of the aforementioned flicks. A loon kidnaps women into the forest and subjects them to self-mutilation after which, if they survive and have the will to go on, he keeps them as his slaves who cook and do dishes and similar stuff. Some of the scenes are quite disgusting. There is some suspense and the performances are all solid, but the film loses it mostly at the end which doesn't make much sense sadly. It could have been worse, but could also have been quite better.
