Alright! Now here's an under-rated movie. Kurt rules!

One of the best thrillers of the late 90s. All the leads are great and story is suspenseful almost the entire time. The last chase is very cool as well. Russell may have never really been considered and A lister, I do though, but god Dam hes the best B list actor of all time.

Re: Breakdown
Yup, just saw it again, its really just a great movie. Mostow needs to loose the larger budgets and go back to his basics. He can be extremely effective on a much smaller scale.

Re: Breakdown
Yeah, I remember this being very solid, though I haven't seen it in years.

Re: Breakdown
I must have seen this way back, but couldn't remember it well. Just watched it yesterday and it really is of the nice 90's thriller kind. The premise and set-up is great, then it turns more action-packed than psychological thriller and it's a bit less convincing. Still it's a very well paced and satisfying film with an excellent Russell.
