i take a few points off of this movie simply because the first half is about 95% footage from the first film, but the second half more than makes up for it. this one centers around Ricky, the younger brother of the killer Billy from part one who continues his brother's mission to punish the naughty. Eric Freeman gives quite possible the greatest "bad" acting performance of all time in this movie. And the garbage day scene is worth the price of admission by itself. a definite cult classic to me.
