Quote:
Tremors 2: Aftershocks is a 1996 action-horror-sequel to Tremors, in which the character of Earl Bassett, returning from the first movie, is hired to deal with a subterranean "Graboid" infestation at a Mexican oilfield. It was directed by S.S. Wilson, and stars Fred Ward, Christopher Gartin, Michael Gross and Helen Shaver. It was followed by the Direct-to-Video film Tremors 3: Back to Perfection.

Like the original, this is very fun and has very high value even though its a cheesy film. And I will say that this is probably one of the best DTV films I've ever seen. The Absense of Bacon is noticable, but Ward and Gross play off well with more laughs and some great cheap creature effects that look real, and has some of the terror of the orginal.

Solid B

It is a suprisingly very well-made DTV sequel and one of the best DTV films I have ever seen. Kevin Bacon is sorely missed here, but Michael Gross and Fred Ward are back for another round and the campiness of the original still works here. Nothing describes the movie better than a whole lot of pure and cheesy fun!

Very decent DTV sequel. What Gun and Lecter say is spot on.

It's a lot of fun. Doesn't feel like a DTV film.

I hated it the first and only time I saw it, and I was 12 I guess....quite worrying.

The best DTV film/ sequel loosing the main star. It had much of the spirit of the original. Maybe less fun as the comraderie of Ward and Bacon was better than Grady and Ward. But solid film none the less. Great PG-13 horror. A-
