Very British, quite funny, and super romantic.

A bit slow through the middle section making it a bit hard for younger kids, but I enjoyed it - it's so nice to see Emma Thompson back on the big screen!

4 out of 5.

Very enjoyable movie. The kids weren't annoying at all. I was a bit surprised by how less Thompson actually was in the movie. Solid B.

Quite a cute little film. It's predictable, but very enjoyable. Emma Thompson leads a fantastic cast, including great kid actors. Not a laugh-out-loud funny type of film, but more heartwarming funny. Great effects, set design, and music as well.

Grade: 8.6

B-/C+

Eh, I certainly wasn't as much as in love with it as some others. It is a decent, but not outstanding fairy tale. There is really little to nothing that stands out about its standard story. The make-up and art direction are good and the kids are fine and surprisingly not annoying, but overall very simple, very cliché and not too inspired.

Pretty good, my kids are 3 and 5 and they liked it but never asked to see it again.

I enjoyed it but it isn't one of those that we are going to watch over and over.

About a B+ I think. I thought it was charming and romantic. Emma Thompson also wrote it, proving her Oscar for Sense And Sensibility was no fluke.

An enjoyable flick, though a little too buttery and not very funny. It's not worth a second view, imo.
C+ or 6.5/10

B-

It was fairly enjoyable, and I enjoyed it about as much as I thought I would before watching it. I liked Thompson and the ending. Those are the only parts of the film that stick out to me.
