OK, so mostly everyone who commented on the playoff rules want the point reset to zero. If someone else has something to say, now is the time.

and one more thing, anyone who has a winning record is eligible to play in the Playoffs. That will be everyone except Shack and the others who didnt predict much. hehe i might make an exception if everyone is OK with it.

You NEVER bring your regular season record into the playoffs. That's just stupid.

Don't reset the numbers to zero, cause people don't pay attention to them anyway.

Case in point, 2 years ago. People were left out of the playoffs cause only the top 8 predictors made it, or something like that, I WON the playoffs, and then all of the sudden I WASN'T the champion and they REFUSED to acknowledge me as such, despite winning the playoffs!

So lets just play for overall points cause that's what people will look at anyway.

I agree, carry the current points over.

Some people may argue that in the post season the points always re-set to 0, but that isn't true. Some teams get bye's, the better regular season records get home games, the regular season DOES effect the post season and I believe it should in this case as well.

regarless of the outcome of the playoffs, nobody is going to remember the winner. So whats the big deal if we reset the points?! The Regular season is the one that counts the most because there are no extra points just straight up picking.

Well, I took a lot of Risks this week ... it backfired, but I stayed in the top 10 after an awful start to the season.
