I'm getting the blowout ones right: Indy, Pitts, and Washington. But the close games aren't going my way yet into the 4th quarter.

The Saints suck, but without Bulger on the Rams..........................
4-4
No Marc Bulger or Holt and the Saints still blow it. That's pathetic.

It's probably in the Top 10 all-time. I think Jason Elam of the Broncos holds the record with 61 yards.
Also, can someone explain to me how that game ended? I was following it along on CBS Sportsline, and they weren't very clear on what happened. From they way they explained it there, it seemed like the Packers burned their last timeout to stop the clock with two seconds, giving the Vikings an opportunity to kick that field goal. The way they made it seem was that the Packers could've just stood there and the game could've gone to overtime. I hope that's not what really happened, because that could've been the coaching mistake of the year.

I knew I should've picked Detroit. Come on Eagles, you've stopped the best running back in the game, and now make a comeback.

The record is 63(61?) yards, but I'm not sure if it's for a game winner. If my memory is right (could be wrong), Elam's 61 yarder is a half-time kick, not for the end of the game.

Tom Dempsey kicked a game winning 63 yard field goal (with 2 seconds left) for New Orleans against Detroit in 1970.

Can you believe it? The bolts are ready to put the game away and their field goal is blocked for a TD? There goes another one of my picks. Damn!

Oh, I thought it was in general. The one Levy posted I think is probably both the longest in general, and for a game winner.

Dan hit the nail on the head with his analysis. I only hope the offical will say the ball was beginning to be jarred loose before his knee hit the ground.
