 The College Bowl Games Thread This is a thread for the duscussion of all the post-season bowl games in college football. The only bowl game with a member so far is the Emerald Bowl, to be played on Decemeber 30th. The Navy Midshipmen accpeted the offer to the Emerald Bowl.
Ok we all know Utah is going to a BCS game the first ever for a non-BCS-conference team but also that Boise State is looking more and more like it also has a shot for one.
Discuss anything, your favorite team's chances for a bowl, your predictions for the bowl, your problems with the bowls, anything at all.

Imagine if Iowa State could somehow upset Oklahoma? They would have a BCS bowl. Also BC will have a BCS bowl if they beat Syracuse this week.

Also Boise State is lurking at No. 7 spot in the BCS standing, so if Texas loses and drops behind Boise State, Cal won't have a BCS bid either since Utah and Boise State will take the 2 at-large bids.
