3. Baptista is very very good, dont know why you said he is crap, this guy is a monster he is amazing and he has a magical partnership with Robinho and Ronaldo, plus he is playing out of position.

He really is, that's why he was sent off the last game  . But frankly, I've watched the last 3 Real games, and I didn't like anything he's doing.

5. Barca suck.

I have to disagree. Barca's always the most entertaining team to watch.

Entertainment wise, I have always found Arsenal to be head and shoulders above the rest; ths coming from a Tottenham fan

According to yahoo Mourinho hints at possible interest in coaching England.

Now that would be awesome. But does he have to wait for another five years?

Woa! A Real madrid debate and I am missing it?

As a fan, I am not worried. The only big problem in the last two games (apart from defensive issues that will never go away) have been the lack of goals. Against Espanyol RM had a whooping 28 shots (13 on goal, 13 out, and two posts) and the rival (A UEFA team) didn´t play well at all. The Lyon result is quite deceiving too. We´ll see what happens tomorrow, but goals depend a lot on inspiration, and as soon as we get that from our (I think) really talented players, everything will be better.

That aside, all this talk about "not playing like a real team" has been going on for ages. RM has been pretyy succesful these past years (Including three champion leagues) and yes, It may give the appearance that with more "fighting" they could have won even more, but talented players tend to be more individualistic and less hard workers. I guess the success relies on finding an equilibrium. RM had that with Makelele and now we are struggling to find that kind of player again. And never forget that many teams have great players, and only one can win leagues or champions each year. RM players are more famous but that doesn´t make them incredibly better than the rest. They are human, and can be beaten.

People also say they are arrogant. I think that is just a media thing, and a RM player doesn´t show more arrogance that a ManU, Milan, o Barcelona one. remember that the whole "Galacticos" thing didn´t come from the club, but the press.

As for Robhino, he is looking really good but we will have to see, he is really young still and Ronaldinho, for example, took six months before starting to really shine with Barça. Baptista is, I think, a very good player, and hasn´t played awful so far, but he needs to be where he is more dangerous and effective: near goal. I hope Luxemburgo realizes that: I´ll actually play him as a second striker with Ronaldo up front.

Mourinho has proved to be a great coach. Unfortunately, he also looks like the most miserable person ever, and one who enjoys picking fights constantly. Not the best character to achieve national consensus...

no chance, after hes done with chelsea, he will train Portugal. we all love the best coach alive :D .

Of course he likes to pick a fight, the british media think they're superior asses are above any foreign coach, they're getting what they deserve :) . it builds caracter, wich they lack alot.

I actually like spurs, if i would support a team in boring EPL it would be Spurs.

todays CL matches look great, the biggest clash is Juventus vs Bayern Munchen, i will post highlights and maybe scores later.

keep this thread going.

i agree, Arsenal is playing like shit, but then again Chelsea is already champion, who has the best coach in the world, has it all :P.

Real Madrid really doesnt have a chance against Barcelona this year, that defense makes me laugh everytime i see one of they're games.
:shades:

Peace!

god i wish Real would get a good defence, thats pretty much the only thing (apart from lack of coach) holding them back from being very very good team, on par with BArca, and Chelsea. They have brilliant midfielders/attackers/goalkeeper but terrible defenders. With the sort of money they spend, i cant believe the shit they have on their backline.

Nice to see Beckham back to great form at Real aswell.

Thought you would be.

But even if they got 4th place, then Arsholes prolly would've won CL, and again sucks for you.

Championship final first. Too bad AC Milan got knocked off. Hope the final is as exciting as last year's.
