Any prediction scores for tomorrows test match up in Welly? You know Umaga is going to really have the ccrowd backing him being his home city and all. They cannot fail and weather conditions will be improved which may help the Lions a wee bit better in their final score.
I say: 19-5 final in favour of the All Blacks

hmmmm. i'd say 14-25 ish to all blacks.
i think we'll give a few penalties away- wer'e good at that.
i don't think we can win coz were still intimidated from last time.
we would have to come up with something really special!!

well....
a big score.
but I'm actually pretty proud of the lions today. I think they played as well as they could have really, given the situation. the team isn't as good as it has been in the past- and new zealand were never gonna be beat- they are on top form at the moment. carter- what a man! fantastic!!
i don't think there is a team at the moment that could beat New Zealand, but we took a good crack at it, especially in the first ten minutes or so.
I think there was a few decisions that didn't go our way- which is always frustrating, but such is life.
well done!
(i'm glad it wasn't 50 though)

Re: British and Irish Lions tour of New Zealand
Awesome game, the Lions played much better but in better weather the All Blacks showed there's a big gap between the two teams. Daniel Carter was phenomenal.
Also making an appearance in the last 10 minutes:

Not sure why Henry replaced Sivivatu, we could have scored 50 if we kept him on (6 tries in 3 tests, so I'd back him )

carter was fantastic- best in the world for his position.
you know what would be interesting- if new zealand, australia and maybe south africa teamed up for a touring team... i wonder how well they would get on?
it must be difficult for the lions when they are playing against people who are their mortal enemies, then put in a team together and expected to play well together, with only a short while to get to know each other. apparently there has been a few fights behind the scenes! lol
maybe you'll get 50 in the next test match- but i hope not!!!

I hope so, but it won't happen. No Carter & No Mauger = less dynamic kicking / attacking.
What will be interesting is if Auckland can give the Lions Midweek team a run for their money tomorrow...

you know i'm quite liking our new song....
"From the four corners of our lands
We're united, hand in hand
Together
We're stronger
We join and proud we stand
Now the day has come, we are one
Standing tall for our Lions call
We're stronger
Together
We are the power of four"

8 hours until the final match - Can the Lions restore some glory or will it be a clean-sweep?

A less entertaining game than the last two, I think the quality of rugby was quite poor from both teams. But, happy with a 38-19 scoreline, now just hoping NZ can beat Australia because after their drubbing of South Africa they look to be joint favourites for the tri-nations.

Hopefully this time around we can take it all the way and win. :numch:
