Pretty impressive trailer given they barely filmed 1/4 of the movie.

Do you guys really think box office will be back to normal in just a year? I hope I’m wrong, but I think the top film of 2021 will be lucky to do Bad Boys For Life numbers.

Also, since the trailer focuses so much on crazy Batman, I wonder if this could be leading to a Batman Who Laughs type of crossover. Imagine Jaquin v Battinson where Joker is the “hero” . Would be absurdly huge.

Dunno. $150M DOM + a good SVOD run a few weeks later might what success look like in 2021.

It looks good but it also makes me think even more they should've gone with a radically different, Joker-esque arthouse approach instead of something that looks kind of like a mid-point between Affleck and Bale Batmans.

I don’t get the rave response here... this looks completely unnecessary. Not excited at all. y’all are starved for new movie content I think

This reminds me of Eddie Murphy's stand up being stranded on a life boat finding a saltine. People are so depraved of movie/tv content they will say this looks amazing. Honestly that's not what I've heard from any casual people yet, more on the "why are they remaking this again, and who is that actor?"

Re: Robert Pattinson Is The Batman = $1.5B WW Club
This is going to be rough. A lot of films and TV shows have either resumed production or just began (or will soon), and reports of actors or those on the production team testing positive have already begun.
It's hard to imagine a workable scenario until a vaccine is available.

Indeed this won't help with the confidence of productions that are just about to resume.

Awful news, but hopefully Pattinson and the rest of the cast and crew recover.

Wasn't it bats that transmitted the virus to humans? This guy lives surrounded by them. Surprised he didn't get caught first sucking on a cow.

I wonder how serious his case is. He’s only 34, so unless he has a some sort of health condition he hasn’t told the press, his odd of being fine are over 99%.

Re: Robert Pattinson Is The Batman = $1.5B WW Club
Teaser trailer views in the low 60 million range on YouTube. HUGE.
WB need to do a better job controlling the trailer next time so all the views go to one link ala Marvel and Star Wars.
