It's not about changing Trump's supporters minds at this point. They're going to vote for him no matter what freakshow he puts on.

There's probably going to be a deadlock of 38-42% voting for Trump. For Hillary I expect to count on at least 42% there, so she does have the better hand but it also means it will come down those undecided and 3rd party voters to have the final call on it. Hopefully they smarten up and put a meaningful vote in. Of that group Trump really shouldn't be able to count on any votes, more so after such stuff coming out. Some states are going to undeniably close, but overall it still seems unfathomable for Clinton not to win it. Crazier things haven't happened anyway I'd say.

If you're a Republican, you'll vote for the Republican candidate. It's that simple. So Trump will have a huge share of the country by default. That's how idiotic Americans are! The country simply should not be allowed to vote. The Republican Party could put forward a Big Brother contestant or a convicted paedophile and they'd still get a good turnout at the polls simply because they're not Democrats.

I'd vote for Trump just to see America crumble. But despite his lack of tact, saying veterans that commit suicide are weak is not wrong. They are weak. They need help, and the government should care for them, but it doesn't stop them being weak.

There's another scary notion. I'm sure there's a percentage of people, especially younger, uninformed voters, that just want to vote for Trump for the fun of it, either to see what happens or because they like the idea of a personality like him in the White House, etc.
