 Re: NBA 2012-13 Season
Oh well, none of the first games in this round were that competitive after a terrific first round. Still expect a couple of them to go deep though.

 Re: NBA 2012-13 Season
Still got another half to play, but so far over 1.5 games, doesn't look like Trailblazers match up well with Spurs at all.

 Re: NBA 2012-13 Season
Clippers D just isn't good enough to win the title right now. They aren't putting any pressure on OKC. I think they can move on from Jamal Crawford this summer since being a 2000 draft pick still in his prime is amazing on its own and it won't last very much longer

 Re: NBA 2012-13 Season
A good comeback from the Clippers, but man, that was not a pretty game. A lot of 1-on-1 dribbles, and Crawford and Collison were just jacking up shots at first opportunity before the run. Then we have that epic fail of end-of-game situation. Scott Brooks continues to have no idea on when they should foul, and Clippers went too early and left Thunders with too much time.

Good 4th quarter, Thunder. Good job. I really enjoyed that...

LeBron carrying the Heat again ... although he did seem to get a lot of calls early.

 Re: NBA 2012-13 Season
Can't believe what I just watched. There is so much screwjob in that ending. Never saw a video review called that bad and it's far from the only thing. Paul intentionally fouls Ibaka with 2 seconds left... no call... yes a LAC win was unlikely but Lillard, Fisher .4, etc., it still matters. The RWB foul was defendable but it's still brutal it came in the context of the whistles getting swallowed otherwise like Jackson fouling Paul. Terrible night.

Wow, such a crazy comeback and what a crazy ending.
I have liked replay during the regular season (except when it slows the game down too much), but it definitely needs tweaking ...

 Re: NBA 2012-13 Season
Even if both calls were wrong the Clippers can't blame the refs.
At least we are getting some exciting basketball again. It's such a bummer though, that after an amazing first round where it seemed like anything could happen, we're going to get the same boring Spurs vs Heat finals match up.

The Spurs are gonna maul the Thunder without Ibaka. I'd be surprised if either series goes past 5 games.

I don't think hes overrated (hes still the best PG in the game) but its hard to ignore the fact that hes literally never been to a conference finals. It does feel like some such as Tony Parker could more naturally take over a playoff game than others, or when they are on, you know the team could practically be unbeatable, while in the case of CP3, he could go off for 25/10 but still fail to "impose his will" in some sense.

 Re: NBA 2012-13 Season
There was once hope that either Pacers or Spurs were going to lose in the first round. But now they have a shot at meeting in the Finals together NO ONE WANTS THAT!

 Re: NBA 2012-13 Season
If Anthony Bennet had contributed to the team in any meaningful way this season, they wouldn't have been bad enough to get the #1 pick in a much better draft. Irving and Wiggins together is going to be awesome.
