Hilarious episode tonight. I loved when Jess was trying to turn Nick on by reading him a takeout menu

I love this show, but I actually think "Mindy Project" has been a tad bit funnier this season so far.

Nick's rambling of all his feelings was perfect.

"I once saw a zebra named Gavin give birth at a zoo and I cried hysterically."

Also, Jess' fury that Schmidt used to be part of a Billy Zane in Titanic fan club. Or Winston: "So, um, how do you groom your cat?"

Love. This. Show.

Winston has been hilarious so far. "I can't be the most normal person in this loft when I have a cat brothel in my room!"

Winston's been the funniest which is clearly a problem

Not a problem. But it could become an issue later if he becomes the only funny one. Right now though? It's good.

Funny episode last night that seems to be paving the way for a Coach return

The Schmidt arc this season is kinda fascinating.

Also, Jess' Halloween costume as Joey Ramona Quimby...lol. And the fact that Nick made Michael Keaton's email address keatonpotatoes@aol.com...so Nick.

Can't wait for the appearance of Coach next episode!

Winston has gotten so weird this season but it is hilarious. Him trying to do a puzzle was ridiculous, and now his cat obsession.

OK, the return of Coach just made me miss Happy Endings all over again. But I'll take it. How ahmaaaaazing would it be if Damon Wayans Jr. became a permanent cast member.

Cece: "You're drinking on a Tuesday night AND you're a teacher!"
Jess: "Those kids are watching a movie tomorrow!"

Also, all the guys running off from the cop at the end drunkenly screaming "SERPENTINE!" was hilarious.

Damon Wayans Jr. will be around the whole season as a "special guest star"!

I loved that Coach had no recollection of Jess. So excited he's not temporary.

Glad to see some of the cast members from Happy Endings in other shows.

The ease with which Damon Wayans Jr. fits back into the ensemble is so great. It's like Coach never left.

Coach: "You'll be able to see your abs."
Nick: "I just thought God didn't give me those."

Also, Jess' whole initial speech to the Chinese food guy. Amazing.

I just started New Girl last week! This show is funny and Season 2 is even funnier! I hope Season 3 is just as hilarious!

I hope Winston's hookup from last night becomes a recurring character. She was delightfully strange.

Nick (in reference to questionable bologna sandwich): "I don't like it."

Jess: "It's okay, we'll have dates when we get marri...derprderp. Merry Christmas!"

I haven't started season 3 yet (still slogging through Season 2), but it made the worst lists of both critics in Entertainment Weekly. I hear this season is bad. Funny since Season 2 is rather annoying so far, IMO. I don't know how they could make it worse. That's not to say I dislike the show. It's decent, but such a mixed bag. Sometimes it's pretty good, other times it's annoying and not at all a surprise that so many viewers abandoned it.

Season 2 was fantastic. Season 3 is good but not great. "Mindy Project" is better this season.
